Process Engineer
Full-timeResponsible for optimising compounding process parameters on twin-screw extruders, troubleshooting production issues, supporting new product scale-up, and maintaining SOP documentation. Degree in Polymer / Chemical Engineering preferred with 2–5 years of compounding experience.
Key Requirements
- ›B.E. / B.Tech in Polymer, Chemical, or Materials Engineering
- ›2–5 years experience in polymer compounding or extrusion
- ›Familiarity with PVC, TPE, or polyolefin processing
- ›Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Quality Control Analyst
Full-timeConduct physical and electrical testing of polymer compounds per ASTM/IEC standards — tensile testing, Shore hardness, MFI, dielectric strength, and flame retardance. Maintain calibration records and QC documentation in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. B.Sc. / B.Tech in Chemistry or Polymer Science preferred.

Sales Executive — Polymer Compounds
Full-timeDevelop and manage a portfolio of B2B accounts across wire & cable, automotive, and consumer goods industries. Generate enquiries, prepare techno-commercial proposals, follow up on samples and TDS requests, and achieve monthly sales targets. B2B industrial sales experience preferred; polymer background is a strong plus.

- ›Graduate in any discipline; Engineering background preferred
- ›2–4 years B2B sales experience, ideally in plastics or chemicals
