Master Batches
Concentrated pigment and additive carriers for precise polymer modification
Product Overview
Daman Plastic manufactures a comprehensive range of master batches — concentrated mixtures of pigments, additives, or functional agents dispersed in a carrier resin — for precise color and property modification during polymer processing. Master batches enable processors to achieve consistent, repeatable color and functional performance at low let-down ratios (typically 1–5%) without the handling challenges of raw pigments and chemical additives. Our color master batches cover the full RAL and Pantone spectrum and can be formulated for PE, PP, PVC, ABS, and engineering resin carriers. White master batches use high-purity TiO₂ to deliver maximum opacity and brightness at minimal loading levels. Black master batches incorporate specially selected carbon black grades that simultaneously deliver deep black coloration and UV protection for pipes, cable jackets, and agricultural films. Additive master batches extend far beyond coloration — our range includes UV stabilizer concentrates, antistatic agents, antioxidant packages, slip agents, anti-block agents, and flame retardant functional concentrates, all precision-engineered for uniform distribution in the host polymer. Every batch is tested for dispersion quality to ISO 18553 (Grade A1–A2), melt flow index, color delta-E against reference standard, and moisture content before release.
