Customised Compounds LLDPE/HDPE/PP
Bespoke polymer formulations engineered to your exact specifications
Product Overview
Daman Plastic's custom compounding service delivers bespoke polymer solutions for clients with unique performance requirements that standard off-the-shelf compounds cannot satisfy. Starting from LLDPE, HDPE, and PP base resins, our compounding team engineers tailored formulations combining mineral fillers, reinforcing fibres, coupling agents, and custom additive packages to hit precise mechanical, thermal, and aesthetic targets. The custom compounding process follows a structured development pathway: client requirement consultation and TDS review, R&D trial formulation design, laboratory sample production, client sample approval, production scale-up with process validation, and final TDS issuance with full quality documentation. Common filler systems include calcium carbonate (CaCO₃) for cost reduction and surface finish improvement, talc for stiffness and heat deflection temperature enhancement, barium sulphate (BaSO₄) for density adjustment and X-ray detectability, and natural or glass fibres for reinforcement in structural applications. Coupling agents and compatibilizers are incorporated where needed to maximize filler-matrix interfacial adhesion, ensuring that the filled compound achieves target mechanical properties rather than merely adding dead weight. Every custom grade is assigned a unique grade code and covered by a formal Technical Data Sheet, ensuring full traceability and batch consistency throughout the product lifecycle.
