PVC Compounds

Engineered PVC for demanding industrial and consumer applications

Product Overview

Daman Plastic's PVC Compounds are manufactured on high-performance twin-screw extruders, ensuring consistent melt quality, precise additive dispersion, and batch-to-batch reproducibility. Our PVC formulations cover a broad spectrum of applications — from soft, flexible hose compounds to semi-rigid profiles and high-performance flame-retardant jacketing. Every compound is engineered with carefully selected plasticizers, stabilizers, lubricants, and functional additives to deliver the precise balance of mechanical performance, electrical insulation, thermal stability, and regulatory compliance required by our customers. Whether you need a standard general-purpose flexible compound or a specialized oil-resistant or heat-resistant grade, Daman Plastic's PVC portfolio has the right solution.
